How to get same data in two data sets in the same data model without any data model link.

edited Mar 10, 2025 2:54PM in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 2 comments

We have 2 different data sets in the same data model, and we have a common column in both the data sets but without a link.

Can we get same data based on the common column without linking 2 data sets in the BI Report.

For example:

First data set contains Person numbers (100, 101, 102)

and second data set contains Person numbers (101, 102)

So, we need to get only (101, 102) Person Numbers related data even in first data set without any data set link.

Please refer the attached XML File.

Howdy, Stranger!
