    • Requirement to update Sales OrderedDate while revising the Sales Order

    Hi,

    We have a requirement in one of our projects where we need to update the "Sales Ordered Date" when revising a Sales Order. However, when I try to do this from the UI, I encounter the following error:

    "The transaction couldn't be processed because of an unconditional constraint on the UPDATE operation on the OrderedDate attribute of the Order Header entity."

    I checked that there is one predefined processing constraint that is restricting this functionality.

    Constraint Name: Ordered Date Update

    I attempted to delete the constraint but encountered the following error:

    You cannot delete or disable predefined data because you do not have permission. (DOO-2685036)
