Description rule based on Transaction line description not working.

We have defined a custom Description rule for receivables based on the source 'Transaction Line Description'

However, when accounting is generated Transaction line description is only populating for the revenue line and not the receivable line, though we have assigned the above rule to both receivables and revenue journal lines.
