Microsoft teams integration is generating different links for the same instructor led course

Summary:

We are noticing that from time to time, the integration of Oracle Cloud Learning to Microsoft Teams for Instructor Led training (ILT) is creating multiple links for the same course. As an example, we created a course with 100 attendees, 50 got one link and the rest 50 got another link. When the ILT started, half the population was on the other meeting invite and confused.

Does anyone know how to fix this? We have seen this happen multiple times already.
