Business event trigger to OIC on Fulfilment line status update

We are using business event trigger configuration to send business events to OIC whenever the fulfilment line status gets updated in an order.

In some cases, the status of fulfilment line quickly changes, in such cases trigger is going out to OIC but we are not able to capture/subscribe the external system from OIC.
