    Messaging feature is not working while creating Negotiation, Opt in Feature is enabled.

    I ran thr Scheduled process " ESS job to create index definition and perform Initial Ingest to OSCS" as well.

    Below Privellage is also there for Supplier Bidder role.

    • View Supplier Negotiation Online Message as Supplier (PON_VIEW_ONLINE_MESSAGE_SUPPLIER_FACING_PRIV)
    • Create Supplier Negotiation Online Message as Supplier (PON_CREATE_ONLINE_MESSAGE_SUPPLIER_FACING_PRIV)
    • Reply Supplier Negotiation Online Message as Supplier (PON_REPLY_ONLINE_MESSAGE_SUPPLIER_FACING_PRIV)
