getting 401 error while accessing genesys from oracle cx

Summary:

we are trying to access genesys from oracle cx using bearer token through integration

first , using provided id and password from genesys , we are accessing genesys and getting bearer token as response.

in next step , when we try to post on genesys using the bearer token received , we are getting below response :

Exception: [JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.adf.model.connection.rest.exception.RestConnectionException, msg=JBO-57001: Invocation of service URL used in connection failed with status code 401 Unauthorized.], HTTP Error Response: [null], Status Code: [200]Customer satisfacction code
