Unable to get Description for Transaction for Receivables Dr.

Summary:
A transaction was created and posted to the ledger. While viewing the accounting, the description for Revenue (Cr.) is appearing, but the description for the Receivables A/c (Dr.) is not appearing

Note:
A description rule has been configured and assigned to journal lines for both Receivables and Revenue.
