How to populate the Target Start Date according to country specific condition.
Summary:
In the Job Requisition Description Flexfield, we see a "Target Start Date" field, which needs to be populated according to what country was selected during Job Requisition creation. Ex: If Country was selected as US, then the Target Start Date needs to be populated as sysdate + 15, if country is India, then Target Start Date will be sysdate + 90 etc.
