GL Hiearchies loaded with the Rapid Implementation Template

Summary:

When loading the Hierarchies with the GL Rapid Implementation Template they get created but we can see 2 loaded. One Current one with start date equal to fiscal year start date, and another 'Base' that is end dated.

Is expected that the 2 hierarchies get created? We found some documentation mentioning that this is a bug. Is that right? Any action should be taken with the 'Base' Hierarchy (end dated) or we just ignore and carry on using/maintaining the 'Current' one?
