    Summary:

    Hi,

    We are having some issues with sending Invoice PDF to our customer from an ESS Job. The name of the ESS Job is Print Receivable Program.

    We were told that some of our customer's didn't receive any emails in which is odd since we didn't get any errors from the ESS job.

    With this, we have found these 2 options from the BIP side, but unable to find the same from the ESS job.

    Request Delivery Status Notification - Select this option to email a notification message to the sender when the email delivery is successful, delayed, or failed.
