Update of employees List of values in Redwood

Hi,

we are facing a problem with new hired employees. If we hire an employee with effective start date today (through the transactions: Add a Pending Worker and Convert), we can find him as an employee within the responsive transactions (Change assignment, Employment Info), but we can not find him in Redwood transactions (Promote and Change Position).

We were forced to run the following processes:

  • ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS. 
  • Compute Users with Large ACL

Afterwards the List of Values have been updated and the new hired Employee could be found within the Redwood transactions.
