Case Management - The Case Category displays as an ID number not a description
Summary:
We are using Case Management for HR Help Desk/Employee relations cases and have utilised the category field to give us granularity of the different categories of case. When displaying results on the Case Search page, category shows the ID number and not the description of the case category (e.g. 300001002442738 is displaying instead of Disciplinary).
Is it possible to display the "Category Name" field rather than the ID field either in config or adaptive search? If so how is this achieved?
