How can we get a report about the Compensation Change Statement regarding release or acknowledgment?

We are using the statement delivery option of "Centrally managed and stored". so the manager can Print/View and then release the statement. Howeve,r we have no statistics or report on how many managers released the statements.

Also, we use the Acknowledgment option, and we don't know how many employees acknowledged the statement.

Please advise if there is a subject area we can use or query we can run to get that information
