    • Free Tier Instance stopped running

    in OCI - General

    I started a VM on the free tier and choose only "always free" options, now after 2 days and about 10 hours of development the instance is stopped and I get this error when I try to start it again:

    Unable to start instance: Instance ocid1.instance.oc1.eu-zurich-1.an5heljrgsev7cicnlayy24n4ik5dcjdejn3r5mvbhbklrn2uh5gkvn6x5aq is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable.

    Of cause no support on the free tier, only option to post here. I dont understand. I received these 2 emails:
