One time customer creation options for sales orders

We have a requirement to create orders in Oracle fusion sourced from ecommerce platforms (eBay,Walmart etc). Customers on all these orders are of one time customers. Below is the volume we are expecting.
Order Volume - 2000 Per day 
Order volume reaches 8000 to 10000 orders/day during holiday season, black Friday etc 

What would be the best option in handling the one time customer while creating orders ?
