Scheduled Report taking the extract in UTC

Summary:

Hello,

The query is that if we are scheduling a custom report in IST time zone like 2.45 AM IST  BUT the scheduled report is extracting the data from form 9.15 PM of previous day.

 So if employee is terminated on 24the Feb and we have a scheduled report which is running daily at 2.45 AM IST so on 25th Feb report  terminated employee coming as active employee.
 
Question is that if we scheduled a report in IST time zone is it extracting data from server in UTC time zone (because in above example the time difference is exact 5.30 hrs),

Any solution, how we can schedule the report which runs and takes extract at 2.45 AM IST.
