Restrict Custom Role for Succession Planning to Line Managers Only

Summary:

Hi Oracle Community,

We are trying to grant Line Managers access to create Succession Plans in Oracle Fusion. Since the seeded roles did not meet our requirements, we created a custom role to provide this access. However, we are facing an issue:

The custom role grants access to all employees and job positions in the system, instead of restricting it only to the manager's subordinates.

Expected Behavior:

The Line Manager should only be able to create succession plans for their direct reports/subordinates and not have visibility or access to all employees in the organization.

Issue Faced:

  • The custom role currently allows Line Managers to create succession plans for any employee, not just their subordinates.

Howdy, Stranger!
