    As a Learn Admin, I've created a Recommendation profile thru Learn Setup → Learn → Assignments and recommendations → Recommendation Profiles

    Case 1: I've recommended using the Audience Selection Method is "Organization" and selected one LM Organization.

    Case 2: I've recommended using the Audience Selection Method is "Directs" and selected one LM Directs.

    In both the cases Line manager and his/her direct reports got assigned with the recommended learning.

    Can someone help me to understand the exact difference between these "Organization" and "Directs" selection methods?
