Need to capture FICA for US employees working abroad
Summary:
We need to capture FICA for US employees working abroad - We only use HCM US payroll, but we have employees working abroad on a temporary assignment, whose FICA will not be withheld there. Employees will be paid by local payroll software. But we would like capture that in US payroll processing, so FICA can be processed. The employee has no earning in US while working abroad.
I would like some ideas on how we can approach to accomplish this. Any ideas would be appreciated.
