To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Receive error when updating a knowledge article
Hi, I receive the below error when editing a live knowledge article (Actions > Edit > Make changes > Save)
I know that this error code means the below but this knowledge article does not contain HTML. I've checked the Author & Manager roles and nothing has changed. Our TEST environment was cloned from Prod 3 weeks ago and is facing no issues so it's only affecting Production.
Can anyone please advise?
Thanks, Casey
