Issues with ODA, Microsoft Teams and FA Single-Sign On & Authentication in general
Summary:
We have successfully created the ODA bot app as well as the SSO app following the instructions provided by Oracle and also linked the two apps as suggested.
A new authentications services as suggested was created, but ODA doesn’t seem to use the authentication service and SSO for the Skills we have been enabled for SSO. We are also using the Oracle OOTB skills for Expenses ,Approvals and HCM V2 so would expect the SSO to work as expected but unfortunately it is not.
When the user e.g. tries to create an expense claim, ODA seems to try to login using the authentication service but then gets a Cancel response and replies with NULL, resulting in the user not being authenticated and the request being rejected.
