UK - LGPS Assumed Pensionable Pay triggering incorrectly for full pay sickness

LGPS Assumed Pensionable Pay rules for sickness should apply when contractual pay is reduced to half pay or lower. This means it should be based solely on occupational sick pay and not on statutory sick pay. This is not what is currently happening, any sick leave which includes SSP is triggering APP immediately even if occupational sick is at full pay.
