On 1/1/25, New York became the first state in the nation to offer paid time off for prenatal care or any medical care related to pregnancy.
We are curious if other Oracle customers have configured this as an absence available in the dropdown for all employees, or if employees must contact HR/Benefits/Absence administration to enable the option in their absence type dropdown.
