    Summary:

    User X (with BI Admin role) is unable to search and view BI report submitted by user Y.

    Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

    User leil has scheduled a BI report and can view it under "Report Jobs". Another user (with BI Admin role) is unable to search and view this BI report. What role is required for users to view BI reports submitted by others ?
    Tools> Reports and Analytics> Browse Catalog> Home> Click on Report Jobs> Give owner as leil. Get message "Search resulted in no records found."
    (Please note that we already know how to view ESS jobs, this query is strictly about BI Publisher reports)
