Implications of change in country name

Hello,

Users requested for country name change for North Macedonia to Republic of North Macedonia.
For this we have changed the country name in Manage Territories by following the below KM document with this the country name was changed/updated for customer accounts in their addresses.

We wanted to check what are the implications of changing country name in Sales for any data corruptions on UI, reports and other technical aspects?

For instance, the country name was changed in "Manage Geographies" do we need to create a new geography for this?
