Is inactive customer in receivable collected in planning ?

Summary:

Hi ,
We have made the one customer inactive by putting end date in Account Termination Date section in Accounts in Manage Customer tasks in Receivables.
After run the collections for customers in target mode , But we still see the customers and its site in Planning , in Maintain Supply Network Model.
Is this right way to make customer Inactive ??
If customer becomes inactive is it collected in planning after collection run for customers ? Please suggest
