Non Inventory line should not move the status to Awaiting billing

Hi Team,

In Detail: The sales order has two inventory lines, and we have constructed an extension to produce two more lines that correspond to non-inventory lines based on sales order lines #1 and #2.

Sales order line#1 created with reference of Sales order line#3

Sales order line#2 created with reference of sales order line#4

When parent sales order line#1 is shipped, child sales order line#3 should be marked as 'Awaiting billing'. If shipment is not completed for sales orderline#1, it should remain in 'Not Started' status. This is currently working;

however, we require some logic from Oracle to achieve the following scenario .If only sales order line #1 is shipped, sales order line #2 should not be shipped. The business expects only sales order line #1 and its child sales order line#3 to be released. Since sales order line#2 has not yet been shipped, sales order line#4 should be marked as "Not started".
