Expenses || Use "Apply project" TAB at Expense Item level

Summary:

When expense report is creation with 2 expense Item, Food and Hotel with amount 1000 each having project number D008220

Now we want to apply one project to all lines, as you can see in the attached screen shot

ISSUE:

  1. Can the list of projects coming in "Apply project" be made searchable based on user given project number ( as it may have many vlaues which will consume user time look one by one and select )
  2. If project is inactivated , whether those project will continue to be visible in "APPLY PROJECT" List ??
