Error to create Microsoft Teams from opportunity

Summary:

Users are not able to create MS Teams chat from opportunity.

They get the error "You can't create a team in Microsoft Teams due to the following error: Please check configuration. Contact your sales application administrator".

We've already checked multiple times the values in FSM for MS Teams setup, the App ID, Secret and Tenant are all correct.

Also checked the user email, which is exactly the same in CX Sales as in the MS Teams.

Double checked the app setup in Azure, everything was done according to the documentation.

Found this doc: KB49240 with same error, but the solution is about updating the secret, which didn't work for us. We even tried to create a new secret in Azure and update in FSM, but didn't work.
