We have started to move our reports to the Workforce Learning - Learning Records Real Time as the old learning subject is unfortunately being retired.

A major issue I have encountered is that we often need historical data on the last year for specific countries doing compliance training to ensure that we meet regulatory requirements during external auditing processes. When I try to report on employees in a country (say Spain), none of the reporting fields show historical location data like the old subject area would. So when an employee has a global transfer out of the country at the start in 2025, they are filtered out of the report because the learn subject area captures them as the new country, not the country
