Compensation Derived factor is not working - Eligibility - attached to a component in Compensation

Summary:

I have defined a derived factor with Annual Salary <150000 with Currency as USD, and attached it to an eligibility profile. It's not working when I tested this for an Indian employee, Annual salary INR 240000 , it seems not converting to USD.
