(Redwood) Managers are able to re enroll learners to already completed offering

Hi all

When a manager tries to assign an offering in
my client group / Learning / Actions / Assign learning
The manager has no way of see on the page if that learner already completed that offering

is there a way to show a message or warning to alert the manager?
