Redwood: RSSP is not displaying thumbnail images from BPA line, Image can be seen if opened the item

Summary:

We have added image for an item in the BPA line level, added the image URL in both Image URL and Thumbnail Image.

but when searching the item in RSSP, the thumbnail image is not getting displayed, but I can see the image by opening the item detail.

it is a know product gap in RSSP? or do I miss some profile options or a schedule process to get the images displayed.
