Filter Criteria Changed in OTBI report when i run the schedule process

In OTBI Report ,few DFFs were missing from subject area and also the filter criteria changed to "Assignment Status Type is not equal to / is not in  INACTIVE; INACTIVE_PAID"  from "Assignment Status Type is not equal to / is not in  Inactive; Inactive - Processed by Payroll" .

after running the schedule process called "Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence"

, it came back to" Assignment Status Type is not equal to / is not in  Inactive; Inactive - Processed by Payroll".

why did this happen? is it a bug?
