Difference of Start date and End date shouldn't be more than 31 days in cash advance page

Summary:

When cash advance is requested, we have following fields available Advance Type, Start Date and End date

We have a requirement when Advance type is selected as "Reload" (this is a lookup value under Advance type) then difference of Start date and End date shouldn't be more than 31 days

Can this be achieved using sandbox or page validation or personalization??
