Inactive assignment not visible in compensation plan

Hello experts,

we have an employee who should be eligible for a compensation plan but today the assignment is inactive while it is active at the eligibility date entered in compensation plan setting. However, if I go to Administer Workers, all compensation plan columns are empty. What could it depend on? The employee is not visible in compensation plan as well despite is eligible.
