Compensation - How to add the "View Compensation history" page to Compensation?

We would like to get to the View Compensation History page from My Client groups → Compensation

Hello experts,

Our purpose is to see the View Compensation history page from My Client Groups → Compensation.

Right now we are able to get to the page from Quick action (My client groups → Show more), but our customer would like to get there from application as well, like this:

We already added the View Compensation History privilege to our custom HR, but he is not able to see this page, any suggestions?
