Change Hire Date using HDL

Hello,

we currently have some employees where the date of hire has been wrongly loaded and needs to be corrected.

When trying to update it by the application, using the Employment Start Dates option, the system does not allow us to do it because, in the same hiring date, we have a second movement ORA_POS_SYNC and it does not allow us to update.

Please, I need you to tell me how I could do this date update using HDL.
