Which type of Field to add so that QR code captures the time in Custom Forms ?

Hello,

We're trying to add a custom field (property) to a custom form with data entry as Barcode/ QR scanning to capture the time when the QR was scanned by technician in Oracle field service.

We've used Property: Labour Start Time (Property type: String & GUI: Text Element) as described in Oracle docs. But doing this is capturing the Asset information. We would like to have the time captured.

How do we create this custom property & include in the form with QR scan Data entry option? Please advise.
