What remains visible after the “Remove Person Information” process?

Hi,
we are trying to purge candidate data following this document:
Once the “Remove Person Information” process has been run on candidate number 13007 with "completed" status, the candidate row is still visible in the database in the table IRC_CANDIDATES, as you can see below:
so we would like to know exactly what data the process has deleted or hidden. Is it possible to find other personal information about the candidate in the database?
We want to be sure that no information in the database is related to the candidate
