Submit Generate allocations process using OIC

we are experiencing issues invoking Generate allocations ESS Process through OIC integrations. part of the integration design we used Argument1 to Argument 13 to submit the process, however the same is failing with error.

could not do Intercompany processing : exception: Unparseable date: "null"

we would like to understand if this achievable through OIC or are there any limitations or do we have to follow a different Method/approach to Automate this process. any suggestions are highly helpful.
