Is it possible to restrict more than 1 Cost Centre in Single Requisition?

Summary:

We have business case where requisition approvals happen from Cost Centre but business does not want to create a requisition with multiple cost centres as using First Responder-Parallel Approval mechanism poses a risk of approval actioned by not the appropriate person. Business needs parallel-first responder wins to ensure timely approval & action is via Approval group.
