I would like to get rid of the quality inspection results button in Inventory Management

Summary:

I want to get rid of the quality inspection management button in Supply chain execution → Inventory Management

i tried deleting all the privileges and roles required for that action but it's still there

What can I do to delete it? I honestly don't need it for that User and i must get rid of it, is it directly related to Inspecions?
