We have different negotiation styles -

• Open Tender (Public Tender) - This is typically a 2-stage evaluation - Technical and Commercial evaluation. Suppliers can respond to the public tenders with their buds. The technical stage is unlocked once the bid is closed for further responses. The commercial stage is unlocked once the technical evaluation is completed.
