    How to configure the Learning More Actions Functionality?

    There is a customer requirement to configure Learning Alerts using the "More Actions" option in Oracle Learning. As per our understanding, administrators should be able to send alerts to assigned learners. However, when we attempted to do so from our end, we were unable to send the alerts successfully.

    Our clients have specifically requested this configuration, and we would appreciate any insights or guidance on how to enable and set up these alerts correctly. If anyone has experience with this functionality or knows the steps required, please share your knowledge.
