Oracle Talent Management P2T Data Masking
Hi All,
We recently went live with the Oracle Talent Module in our organization and now our first P2T is coming up in a few weeks.
I wanted to mask all the PII Data there is in the Talent Module but i have a few questions since there is no information for this:
1. Does Oracle Mask the Talent PII Data during the P2T itself? If not every object what objects does it do mask?
2. If not, what is the list of all Talent PII Data and whats the best way to mask it?
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated since this is a high priority item and we wanted some information for it.
