Autocomplete rule to default Local Language on New Hire is ending up in error

edited Mar 3, 2025 10:50AM in HCM Experience Design Studio: Autocomplete Rules 2 comments

Hello Team,

We had an approved Autocomplete use case to default Local Language as Arabic, when we hire a new Person ; and this has been working fine. However, recently it has been noticed that in the New hire flow in Responsive UI, when we are trying to add a Contact in Family and Emergency Contact Section,it is giving us an Error. I am sharing the error screenshot below.

We had logged an SR and got update that this error was coming since the Contact Section is not having the option for "Local name" and hence that field is causing this error to occur. However,we are not getting any option to handle this scenario so that we can use the approved AutoComplete. The option to remove this ACR role would mean, that our data consistency would be lost.

Howdy, Stranger!
