Has anyone been involved with the Fusion Middleware Upgrade related activities?

We have such an upgrade coming up and would like to know about the key details to be verified, Key Testing /validation areas, impact on the existing integrations , etc.

Does anyone have specific details to get the impact analysis done for such an upgrade before starting the testing?

What all are the areas which should be covered , considering we have multiple types of integrations (including OIC)?
