Add Comment Functionality While Reassigning Tasks

Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to add the ability to include comments while reassigning a task to an employee? For example, when reassigning a task like 'Upload your Photo,' the client has requested the option to add a free-text comment to provide additional feedback. For ex, if an employee completes a task but the quality of their submission (such as a photo) is not up to standard, as an admin, I should be able to add a comment like, 'Photo quality is not good' when reassigning the task.
